Do you think your fair debt rights are being violated by an abusive debt collector?

If you think that fair debt rights are being violated by an abusive debt collector. Than contact State and federal fair debt laws and report for harassing, misleading, dishonest or unfair debt collection practices.

These laws provide that victims of debt collector abuse can recover cash compensation from the collectors, and require the collectors to pay all your legal fees. For more detail log on site National Asset Management Agency

Hello i was reading about debt help and i found this blog. So i send my problem to the blog owner to publish it so that i can get debt advice.

My husband buys a house in 2007 with a mortgage and secured loan against it. House worth is $2,000,000. At that time all the process was going well but after few months we have loss in business due to this we could not afford to pay the mortgage and secured loan. So we are deciding to sell our house.

One of my friend told by about "Individual Voluntary Arrangement" can anyone help me what exactly it is?
